Cancellation Policy

1.Session Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or over the phone. Each session lasts 50 minutes Sessions are private hire, only your booked dogs will be in the space Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session 2.Dog Limits & Pricing £20 per session (up to 2 dogs) Additional dogs: £3 per dog Maximum number of dogs per session: 6 3.Payments A £5 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept card payments in store, online or over the phone. We also accept cash in store. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received. 4.Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled free of charge Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable No-shows will be charged in full - However we understand emergencies happen — please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. 5.Late Arrivals Sessions start and end at the scheduled time Late arrivals will not be extended This allows us to clean and prepare safely for the next booking 6.Cleanliness & Responsibility Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately Cleaning equipment will be provided Excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges 7.Health & Vaccinations All dogs must be fully vaccinated Proof of vaccination may be required before your first visit Dogs must be fit, healthy, and free from contagious conditions No dogs in season allowed 8.Behaviour & Safety Dogs must be under control at all times Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour Aggressive behaviour may result in the session being ended early without refund Children must be supervised at all times 9. Reactive & Nervous Dogs Our private sessions are ideal for reactive or nervous dogs Please inform us in advance so we can ensure a smooth experience 10.Use of Equipment & Facilities All equipment is used at your own risk Please supervise dogs when using agility equipment, pool, and sand area Do not allow unsafe behaviour (e.g. jumping from heights) 11.Waiver Requirement All customers must sign a waiver before their first session This confirms understanding of risks and acceptance of terms 12.General Policy As an indoor facility, sessions run in all weather conditions We reserve the right to refuse entry if policies are not followed
